The Possibility Trainer Program starts with your first Expand The Box training. During these three days of intense four-body learning you decide if you are ready to commit to becoming a Possibility Trainer.
If the answer is yes then you would follow the registration instructions below. If you are accepted then you are qualified to enter the Trainer Labs.
Callahan Academy Possibility Trainer Program is reserved for professional trainers, consultants and coaches with at least two years of professional experience, or the successful completion of the 33-day Possibility Manager Program.
Your ten Trainer Labs are open trainings, scheduled about every three months. This means that you will keep meeting new Trainers during your program. If you cannot come to one of the Trainer Labs yourself then the next time you can join us we will pick you up where you are and carry on with your development.
Logistical information
DURATION
The Possibility Trainer Certification Program includes an Expand The Box Training plus ten Trainer Labs. Each training is three days long, Friday, 7 a.m. to Sunday, 8 p.m. Once a year there is a five-day Trainer Lab usually in the fall. The fee for the five-day training is the same as for the other Trainer Labs.
PLACE
The Trainer Labs take place in a seminar house in the countryside 90 km east of Munich where we cook our own food and stay in comfortable double or shared rooms. For further details about the particular location please see Calendar.
TRAINERS
Trainer Labs are given by Clinton and Marion Callahan in German and English.
CONDITIONS
The Trainer Lab is an alcohol and tobacco free program.
FEE
Each Trainer Lab costs: € 1.500,-- plus tax per person. Meals and lodging are included.
The ten Trainer Labs cost a total of € 15.000,-- plus tax. This fee includes all licensing fees.
Possibility Trainer Certification occurs after a minimum of one Expand The Box training and ten Trainer Labs, plus demonstrating sufficient competence in the fifteen core nonlinear Trainer skills.
