A Trainer midwives individuals and organizations through liquid states to ways of being and behaving with greater consciousness and responsibility. This demands an ability to stand in nothing and reinvent what is possible – extraordinary skills that depend on weaving within yourself a resilient fabric of distinctions in radical responsibility.

NCRTC specializes in weaving this Trainer matrix. We encourage you to take heart and fully engage your life-work as a Trainer. You do not need to already know how. You only need to commit. The moment you commit you are connected with a heroic team of guides, coaches, consultants and trainers in the Trainer Guild and we can thoroughly support each other.

Landing distinctions in space

Trainer Labs work on two levels simultaneously. On one level you learn the tools and techniques of Possibility Management. On another level you learn how to hold space, navigate space, and land distinctions in space.

In addition to that every individual requires personal attention to unravel the knots in their self-generated worldview. We give you that attention.

Inner barriers block you from being an authority, being successful, or being a leader. Carefully bringing you through your barriers is our specialty. The journey gives you greater access to your true joyous effective capacity.

In the Labs we work individually, in pairs, in small groups and as a whole group. 20% theoretical context and 80% action with frequent peer coaching and trade-secrets “shop talk” sessions. You personally take more and more responsibility for running actual training processes.


Continuously engaging your own personal development

Possibility Management is open code, meaning if you can understand it, you are responsible for improving it. There is no copyright or license fee for any Possibility Management Trainer tools or processes. We want you to give them away to 10,000 people.

We only ask that, after completing your Possibility Trainer Certification Program, once a year you come back into a Trainer Lab so that you:

  • stay connected with the Possibility Trainer body,

  • share what you have been learning and developing with all of the others, and

  • stay continuously engaged in your own personal development by taking your next step as a Trainer.

We pick you up where you are

The Possibility Trainer Program starts with your first Expand The Box training and at least two Possibility Labs. During these days of intense four-body learning you decide if you are ready to commit to becoming a Possibility Trainer.

If the answer is yes then you would get a registration form after your second Possibility Lab. If you are accepted then you are qualified to enter the Trainer Labs.

NCRTC Possibility Trainer Program is reserved for professional trainers, consultants, coaches and social entrepreneuers with at least two years of professional experience, or the successful completion of the Possibility Manager Program. 


Logistical information

DURATION
The Possibility Trainer Certification Program includes an Expand The Box Training, at least two Possibility Labs plus ten Trainer Labs. Each training is five days long, Wednesday, 7 a.m. to Sunday, 6 p.m. 


PLACE
 The Trainer Labs mostly take place in seminar houses in the countryside in Bavaria or Baden Württemberg where we cook our own food and stay in comfortable double or shared rooms. For further details about the particular location please see Calendar.


TRAINERS
Trainer Labs are given by Clinton and Marion Callahan in German and English.


CONDITIONS
The Trainer Lab is an alcohol and tobacco free program.


FEE
Each Trainer Lab costs: € 1.000,-- plus tax, meals and lodging per person. The ten Trainer Labs cost a total of € 10.000,-- plus tax, meals and lodging. This fee includes all licensing fees.

Possibility Trainer Certification occurs after a minimum of one Expand The Box training, at least two Possibility Labs and ten Trainer Labs, plus demonstrating sufficient competence in the fifteen core nonlinear Trainer skills.
