NCRTC originated Possibility Management
Through Possibility Management your managers interact with everyday circumstances using the power of a new leverage point: radical responsibility. Possibility Management is the strategy of taking responsibility for what is possible.
There is a difference between a class and a training
Managers need both education and training:
- Education provides information about how to do what is already known.
- Trainings expand a leader’s capacity to create and implement new ways.
NCRTC provides cutting-edge trainings.

The NCRTC approach
NCRTC creates clarity and possibility for organizations who recognize that the current economic crisis is systemic breakdown and are therefore ready to make a huge shift in organizational strategy.
Unlimited growth is proving to be a false paradigm - ultimately suicidal. If your organization is prepared to redirect itself towards sustainability, abundance and community, we are prepared to provide your team with sustainable soft skills, authentic leadership coaching, and nonlinear meeting technologies.
"This is a training that is really a training whereas others are mostly seminars and courses."
Alexander Muth, CSC Germany
Employee engagement
Whole projects can fail because of the human factor, hidden emotional resistance to working as one team.
NCRTC makes clarifications that instantly weave groups of diverse individuals into one team. Even long-standing tensions or conflicting cultural barriers are digested in the process.
We can also teach your leaders, managers or trainers our team-weaving soft skills.
NCRTC THROUGH THE YEARS

THE BEGINNING
In 1975 Clinton Callahan first organized research teams for authentically liberating nonlinear intelligence. Successful discoveries were collected and refined for more than thirty years into what is now called Possibility Management.
YESTERDAY
Clinton Callahan moved with his family from Arizona to France in 1995, although it was primarily in Germany where he continued delivering trainings and doing research. This reveals that Possibility Management was not imported from the USA. It was created by an American working far outside of his native morphogenetic field in Germany. This gave him the liberty to think in extraordinary new ways.
With the 1998 Hamburg Expand The Box training Possibility Management started to spread. In 2005 NCRTC moved its offices from France to Munich.
TODAY
NCRTC provides authentic personal development for leaders, managers, trainers, and individuals. Like bicycle riding, what a person learns in Possibility Management trainings is not easily forgotten. Skills are integrated into all four bodies rather than being directed exclusively to the mind.
TOMORROW
Humanity faces complex problems that never existed before. There are no calm seas on the near horizon.
When the sea gets rough each individual and organization makes a strategy choice: Head for a safe harbor? Or learn to be a rough seas sailor?
Hiding out is not so interesting and rarely gets you to your goals.
NCRTC’s specialty is empowering managers, leaders and entrepreneurs with clarity and stamina for sailing the high seas.
