Four Steps Across The Bridge
There exist bridges from modern culture to next culture.
Crossing a bridge between an industrial growth society and a life sustaining society is personal. No one can do it for you.
On the other hand, no one can stop you from doing it. Now the conversation gets interesting…
A bridge from one cultural context to another does not change the culture; it changes you.
There are four steps to get across a bridge. Each step includes personal growth, nonlinear learning, capacity building and thoughtware upgrades.
The four steps are 1) find a bridge, 2) step onto the bridge and receive the bridge’s benefits, 3) pass on to others what the bridge has given you, in other words, become a bridge-builder, and 4) live in the context on the far side of the bridge, while at the same time training more bridge-builders.
